Bread is the foundation for so many culinary masterpieces, and the process of making dough for quality bread mirrors the fermentation process of another favourite indulgence, beer. 
Peter Pan Bistro’s chef Noah Goldberg is a self professed bread and beer lover. He’s used the inspiration of both, alongside Boulart Bread and a lineup of local and international breweries, to create a hearty menu of historic dishes for tonight’s experience.
