U-Feast presents Barcelona Pintxos Brunch
with Boulart Bread

In Barcelona, pintxos are more than just a food group, they're like a religion. It's a style of eating base around small bites – marinated fish, grilled meats, fire roasted veggies and savoury spreads atop fresh bread and skewers of all types. Laid out on the bar, in many traditional bodegas, pintxos are consumed at all times of the day and night, but they're especially excellent at brunch hour, and all the better with a sparkling glass of Juve y Camps Cava in hand.

Today Chef Andres Solomon will walk you through an authentic pintxos experience, as he tops signature Spanish ingredients on fresh baked artisan Boulart Bread.

Guests will also be one of the first to try a brand new Spanish releases at the LCBO, Honoro Vera Garnacha.

Pan con Tomate with Serrano Ham on Boulart Olive Bread / vine ripped tomato, 12 month serrano
