Tonight, you'll have the unique chance to experience courses inspired by Canada's diverse regions and their specialties. With lush pairings from Rioja, Spain, chef Hunter will select ingredients from different regions of Canada, highlighting them with local, seasonal, and wild foods in a five-course feast!
