El Dorado Brand Ambassador Trevor Burnett and Miss Thing's Bar Manager Robin James Wynne have teamed up for a 5-course rum sampling dinner with creative rum inspired dishes by chef Paul Hadian.

Mango Jicama Salad 
mango, jicama, rum candied macadamia nuts, hot pepper aioli

Pineapple Fried Rice
brown rice, toasted cashews, sambal mayo, grilled rum glazed plantain

Blackened Red Snapper
rum butter sauce & pineapple salsa

Braised Brisket 
rum apricot glaze & drunken carrots

Pineapple Upside Down Cake
rum brown butter & sabayon
