Chef Takumi Saito and the Hapa Izakaya team are going to wow sushi connoisseurs and sake lovers with a unique 10-course tasting menu and 5 featured sake pairings to match!
Sourced exclusively through Ocean Wise Certified seafood and the freshest local, seasonal ingredients, chef Saito will walk our communal group through a medley of remarkable flavours. You'll get a chance to learn about the process and precision behind fine sushi, discover special pairings and preparations and a variety of both raw and cooked dishes. Each course will also be expertly paired with a sake to compliment and heighten this special culinary experience.
